Diversity In Tech Event Impact

Marco T. Lindsey has helped dozens of tech companies, biotech firms, startups, nonprofits, and corporate organizations raise awareness and improve outcomes for their employees and the communities they serve. With an extensive career as a business leader and DEI expert, he has developed numerous strategies that guide organizations to be more inclusive, equitable, and intentional in creating an environment where people from all demographics feel valued.

Marco has spent 8 years as a Chief of Staff before pivoting his focus to diversity, equity, and belonging, so his insights are at the intersection of inclusion and best business practices. He is also a board member of the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area as well as several other bay area nonprofits. He has hosted several hiring forums on Non Engineering Careers in Tech and Non Traditionally Trained Engineers in Tech. As well as start-up educational forums on How to Secure Funding from VC’s and Angel Investors, and How to Launch your own Start-up.
